Valeria Sandei, Almawave CEO, will participate in the 2021 Customer Experience Relationship Week promoted by CMMC, scheduled to be held online from 11 through 14 October.

The theme of the event is “From resilience to transition”: from the new organizational model, after making jobs remote, to the change in the markets and the lifestyles of clients/consumers. What has happened this year and what is expected in the short-medium term for the Customer Management chain.

Valeria Sandei will take part in the round table scheduled for 12 October at 12:00 pm entitled “The Customer and Transition – The Customer Experience today, choices, experiences, and expectations”.
